Solid wall insulation funding
We now have access to grant funding for solid wall insulation from Knauf. We have been using this system to some time now and along with finding it a great product to install, I’ve had some fantastic customer feedback of its performance.
This can be installed throughout your property as part of a scheme of renovations or room by room as and when you are looking to upgrade your insulation and plastering.
Up to 35% of heat escapes through walls so installing solid wall insulation can dramitically reduce your bills whilst helping the environment. See the following link from The Energy Trust for further information on home heat loss.

Hi could you please email me some details of the solid wall insulation and grant – is this an internal fixing or externally applied and then rendered (if the latter I guess in a conservation area (as I am) it needs consent)? Are you also able to give an indicative cost for an average room? I have a basement flat with solid walls which leaks heat…Thanks in advance.
